    • Digital wallet address (USDT – TON Network) for the affiliate program.

1.5 Technical Information

    • IP address, browser type, operating system, system logs.

We use your data strictly for the following purposes:

2.1 Operating Core Services

    • Managing your account and creative profile.
    • Activating your plan features (points, multipliers, free points).
    • Operating Thera Community and Portfolio.

2.2 Platform Systems Management

    • Calculating Thera Points and loyalty rewards.
    • Managing the affiliate program and processing rewards.
    • Applying points rules and eligible activities.

2.3 Security and Compliance

    • Monitoring content for compliance with Terms of Service.
    • Preventing fraud and misuse.

    • Sending account and service-related notifications.

3.1 Privacy Controls

– The Platform provides settings allowing you to control who can access certain sections of your profile.

3.2 Public Information

– Some information is publicly visible by default as part of the community experience, including:

    • Username
    • Profile picture (Avatar)
    • Core sections of the creative profile (based on your settings)

3.3 Community Nature

– Content shared within Thera Community is considered semi-public.
– Absolute privacy cannot be guaranteed in a community environment.

4.1 No-Sale Principle

– We do not sell your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

4.2 Permitted Disclosure

– We may share your data only in the following cases:

    • With service providers: trusted vendors assisting in operating the Platform.
    • Legal obligations: in response to court orders or legal requirements.
    • Platform protection: to prevent fraud or serious violations.

4.3 Thera Portfolio

    • Works are displayed only with the designer’s explicit consent.
    • No commercial relationship exists – the Portfolio is display-only.
    • Full intellectual property rights remain with the designer.

– Thera reserves the right to access user content strictly for:

    • Technical and security maintenance
    • Protecting users and the Platform
    • Legal compliance
    • Enforcing Terms of Service and policies

6.1 Retention Period

    • Active accounts: data retained for the duration of your active subscription.

– After subscription ends:

    • Access to paid features is disabled immediately. However, limited login access is maintained for a grace period of 30 days solely for reviewing billing history, support tickets, and processing final affiliate payouts, before account login is fully disabled.
    • Creative profile remains publicly visible for 12 months.
    • After 12 months, Thera reserves the right to permanently delete the account.

6.2 Deletion Requests

– You may request account deletion via the official ticket system.
– Deletion results in immediate loss of access to all services, points, and rewards.

7.1 Protection Measures

– We apply reasonable security measures to protect your data from:

    • Unauthorized access
    • Modification or loss
    • Leakage or disclosure

7.2 Security Limitations

    • No system is 100% secure.
    • You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
    • You are responsible for the accuracy of your wallet address in the affiliate program.

– You have the right to:

    • Access your personal data
    • Correct inaccurate information
    • Request deletion of your account and data
    • Withdraw consent for specific processing activities

Feature Description

The Creative Profile constitutes your central personal space within the Thera Platform, intended to enable the expression of your creative identity, the presentation of your works and skills, and structured interaction with the community.

Thera’s Commitment

Thera commits to providing the tools and technical mechanisms necessary to create and manage your Profile and shall take reasonable measures to protect core user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By subscribing, the User expressly agrees to the following:

1. Ownership and Responsibility

1.1 Content Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that you are and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all original content published or uploaded to your Profile, including but not limited to texts, images, and artistic works.

1.2 License Grant
By uploading content, you grant Thera a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute such content strictly within the scope of operating the Platform and in accordance with your selected privacy settings.

1.3 User Representations and Warranties
You expressly represent and warrant that:
(a) you are the lawful owner of the content or possess all required rights and permissions to publish it; and
(b) such content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Content and Conduct Rules

2.1 Prohibited Content
You shall not use your Profile to publish any content that:

    • Violates intellectual property rights;

    • Contains pornographic material, incitement, hate speech, or threats;

    • Is defamatory, indecent, or unlawfully discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic;

    • Is fraudulent, misleading, or false;

    • Is intended for harassment or cyberbullying.

2.2 Accuracy Obligation
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding your experience and skills. Thera reserves the right to hide, restrict, or suspend any profile containing verifiably misleading or fraudulent information until it is corrected by the user in accordance with Platform policies.

3. Privacy and Settings

3.1 Visibility Controls
Thera provides configurable privacy settings enabling you to control access to certain Profile sections.

3.2 Default Visibility Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that certain information (including username and avatar) may be publicly visible by default as part of the community experience.

3.3 No Absolute Privacy
You acknowledge that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. Thera reserves the right to access and review Profile content for the purposes of technical maintenance, user safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

4. Administration Rights

    • Thera may, at its sole discretion, edit, conceal, or remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

    • In cases of serious or repeated violations, Thera may suspend, disable, or permanently remove the Profile and related user account.

    • Thera reserves the right to modify Profile features or structure at any time as part of Platform development.

5. Liability Disclaimer

    • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DISCLAIMERS IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY. THERA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY USER CONTENT.

    • You bear full responsibility for all interactions conducted through your Profile.

    • Thera shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on another user’s Profile or from the removal or suspension of your Profile pursuant to these Terms.

System Description

The Thera Points system is designed to measure and encourage user activity and engagement within the Platform and to enable users to access specific digital features or experiences announced by Thera.

Thera’s Commitment

    • Thera commits, in good faith, to providing a stable and transparent points system that allows users to earn and use points pursuant to the then-applicable rules and mechanisms in effect at the time of the activity.

    • Earned points shall be preserved and remain usable within the defined scope and functionality of the Platform.

By participating, the user expressly agrees to the following:

  1. Non-Financial Nature

Points are internal virtual measurement and access units only and do not constitute, represent, or confer:

    • Any legal tender, digital currency, or cryptocurrency

    • Any financial asset or security

    • Any debt instrument or dividend right

    • Any entitlement to monetary return

    • Any cash-equivalent or redeemable value outside the Platform

  1. Restricted Use

    • All points are intended solely and exclusively for use within the Thera Platform in accordance with the applicable rules.

      They hold no value outside the Platform.

  1. Usage Limitations

Points may not be used to:

    • Purchase, renew, or discount any paid subscription

    • Purchase, exchange, or redeem any external product or service

    • Transfer to any external loyalty program

    • Sell, assign, transfer, or grant to any third party under any circumstances

  1. Earning & Eligibility Principle

    • Points are earned exclusively through participation in Eligible Activities as defined and announced by Thera.

    • The specific conditions governing point accrual (including eligible actions and point values) shall be published at the time the Eligible Activity is announced through Thera’s official Telegram channel.

    • No automatic entitlement exists outside this framework.

Management & Modifications

Routine Updates & Development
Thera may modify:

    • Earning methods

    • Point values

    • Redemption options

    • Available features

    • System mechanics

Protection of Earned Points (Grandfathering)

    • Any modifications apply prospectively only.

    • Points already earned shall retain their value and conditions as applicable at the time they were earnedunless the new terms are expressly and materially more favorable to the user.

Reasonable Notice

    • Thera will use commercially reasonable efforts, where feasible, to notify users of material changes prior to implementation.

Exceptional Cases & Suspension

Thera reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue the system (in whole or in part) in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Technical or operational necessities

    • Security risks

    • Legal or regulatory requirements

Where reasonably practicable, Thera will provide notice of such action and will endeavor to allow users a reasonable period to utilize their existing point balances.

Feature Description

The Point Multiplier feature increases the number of points earned from Eligible Activities in accordance with the user’s then-active subscription plan (e.g., SPARK Plan with a x10 multiplier and INFINITY Plan with a x20 multiplier, as may be offered and updated by Thera from time to time).

Thera’s Commitment

Thera commits to automatically applying the applicable multiplier to points earned from Eligible Activities during the period of an active subscription, as may be updated from time to time.
Methods for earning points shall be announced through Thera’s official communication channels on social media platforms.

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to the following:

  1. Eligibility Principle

The multiplier entitlement and its specific ratio are strictly conditional upon maintaining an active subscription and completing an Eligible Activity, and may vary depending on the applicable subscription plan.

  1. Automatic Application

The multiplier shall be applied automatically upon successful completion of the Eligible Activity.

  1. Non-Financial Nature

The multiplier solely increases the number of virtual points and does not grant, represent, or confer any monetary, financial, or cash-equivalent value.

  1. Subscription Status Changes

Any modification to the subscription plan or subscription status shall immediately affect the applicable multiplier for subsequent activities only.

Feature Management

4.1 Eligible Activity Updates
Thera may update or modify Eligible Activities based on platform priorities, without affecting activities that have already been completed prior to such updates.

4.2 Multiplier Adjustments
Thera reserves the right to amend multiplier ratios for new subscriptions or future renewals only.
Such amendments shall not apply retroactively to active subscriptions in effect prior to the change.

4.3 Feature Suspension
Any suspension or discontinuation of the feature shall not affect the rights of users with active subscriptions at the time of announcement, who shall continue to benefit from the multiplier until the end of their current subscription period.

4.4 General Management
Thera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to administer, regulate, modify, or discontinue this feature (in whole or in part) in accordance with its platform policies and operational requirements.

Feature Description

Free Points are a monthly discretionary allocation provided as a courtesy, automatically granted to active subscribers (40,000 points for the SPARK Plan and 70,000 points for the INFINITY Plan), without requiring any user activity.

Thera’s Commitment

Thera commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to automatically credit the monthly allocation to each active subscriber during the first calendar week of each month.

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to the following:

  1. Nature of the Grant

    • Free Points are a discretionary, non-contractual loyalty benefit that may be provided monthly at Thera’s sole discretion.

    • They do not constitute a vested right, an earned entitlement, or a term of your subscription.

    • Thera reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this benefit at any time, with or without notice, as part of its platform development and operational discretion.

  1. Eligibility Condition

Entitlement to Free Points is strictly conditional upon the existence of an active subscription at the time of crediting.

  1. Usage Rules

All Free Points are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the Thera Points System.

  1. Credit & Availability

    • Any missing or incorrectly credited points must be reported to Thera support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the expected credit date.

    • Monthly Free Points are automatically credited to your THR Points balance and become part of your total points. They remain available within your balance, subject to the general rules of the Thera Points System and your active subscription status.

Administration & Validity

4.1 Expiration Policy
Thera may introduce an expiration period for Free Points in the future (e.g., 180 days), subject to providing users with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice via the Platform or official communication channels.

4.2 Allocation Adjustments
Thera may amend monthly allocations for new subscriptions or future renewals only.
Such amendments shall not reduce the allocation granted to active subscribers prior to the change.

4.3 Benefit Continuity upon Discontinuation
In the event of permanent discontinuation, subscribers with active subscriptions at the time of announcement shall continue to receive the benefit until the end of their current subscription term.

4.4 General Right to Manage
Thera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to manage, modify, or discontinue the Monthly Free Points program in accordance with the overall Thera Points System terms and platform policies.

5.1 Unified System Structure

The “Thera Points System” constitutes a single, integrated framework encompassing and governing the following three distinct features:

    • Core Points System (Thera Points)

    • Point Multiplier Feature

    • Monthly Free Points Feature

5.2 Unified Nature

All points within the Thera ecosystem — whether earned, multiplied, or granted — share the same fundamental characteristics:

    • they are irrevocably subject to the non-financial nature and usage restrictions definitively established in the “Core Points System” section.

    • Any amendment to the core principles governing points (including, but not limited to, their non-financial nature and usage restrictions) shall apply universally and simultaneously to all points within the system, irrespective of their source (earned, multiplied, or granted).

5.3 Functional Integration

These features operate collectively to provide an integrated user experience designed for:

    • Tracking user activity and engagement through Core Points.

    • Incentivizing continuity and participation through the Multiplier and Free Points features.

    • Enabling access to enhanced digital benefits within the platform.

5.4 Financial Limitation

The integration and combined operation of these features does not in any way create, alter, or expand the user’s rights. It does not and shall not be construed to create, confer, or imply any financial, monetary, or cash-equivalent rights beyond the scope expressly defined in these Terms.

5.5 Hierarchy of Terms

In the event of any perceived conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the individual feature sections (Core Points, Multiplier, Free Points), the terms set forth in this “Unified Summary” section, together with the fundamental principles of the Core Points System, shall govern and prevail.

6.1 Acknowledgment & Exclusive Process

You expressly acknowledge and agree that this procedure constitutes the sole and exclusive mechanism for reporting, investigating, and resolving any points-related technical or administrative issues.

No claim, request, or dispute alleging a technical or administrative error relating to points shall be considered unless submitted strictly in accordance with the process set forth in this section.

6.2 Reportable Issues

If you reasonably believe that a technical or administrative error has affected your points balance, including but not limited to:

    • Failure to receive Monthly Free Points on the scheduled date

    • Failure to apply the Point Multiplier to an Eligible Activity

    • Unjustified loss or deduction of earned points

you must follow the reporting procedure below.

6.3 Reporting Procedure

You must submit a formal notice exclusively through the official platform support ticket system within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the alleged error first manifested or the date you reasonably should have become aware of it, whichever is earlier.

Your report must include all reasonably required supporting details, including:

    • Type of activity

    • Date and time of occurrence

    • Description of the issue

    • Screenshots or evidence (if available)

Failure to submit a complete report within the specified timeframe shall result in automatic forfeiture of any related claim.

6.4 Investigation & Determination

Thera shall, in good faith and using commercially reasonable efforts, investigate the submitted report within thirty (30) days of receiving a complete notice.

You expressly authorize Thera to access and review all relevant account records, activity logs, and system data for investigative purposes.

Outcome:

    • If the report is verified as valid, Thera will correct the issue within the Platform’s system (including point restoration where applicable).

    • Such correction shall constitute full, final, and binding resolution of the matter.

    • If the report is rejected, deemed unsubstantiated, or submitted outside the permitted timeframe, you shall have no right to any appeal, further review, adjustment, remedy, or compensation of any kind.

6.5 Limitation of Remedy

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY POINTS-RELATED ERROR, DISCREPANCY, OR SYSTEM ISSUE SHALL BE STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO TECHNICAL CORRECTION WITHIN THE PLATFORM’S SYSTEM.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL YOU BE ENTITLED TO, OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM, REQUEST, OR RECEIVE ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Monetary compensation

    • Refunds

    • Subscription extensions

    • Service credits

    • Discounts

    • OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT REMEDY WHATSOEVER.

7.1 Program Overview

The Thera Affiliate Program allows users to obtain a personal referral link to invite new users to subscribe to the Platform.
Eligibility for rewards is strictly limited to referrals that result in:

a) The creation of a new user account; and
b) The completion of a valid, paid subscription.

No reward shall be granted unless both conditions are fully satisfied.

The provision of any reward is a discretionary benefit offered by Thera and not an automatic entitlement.

7.2 Thera’s Commitment

Thera commits, in good faith and at its commercially reasonable discretion, to operating a transparent referral program and paying eligible rewards (at a rate of 20%) to users who fully satisfy all conditions stated herein, in accordance with the announced payout mechanism and schedule.

7.3 Eligibility Requirements

7.3.1 Qualified Referrals

    • Rewards are calculated exclusively for direct referrals generated through your personal referral link.

    • The use of the program to create pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or any layered referral structures is strictly prohibited.

    • No rewards shall be granted for:

        • Indirect referrals

        • Any subsequent purchases made by the referred user after their initial subscription

7.3.2 Reward Rate

    • Fixed commission: 20% of the successfully paid subscription value.

    • Applies to all subscription plans.

    • Thera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the reward rate, subject to official announcement.

7.3.3 Active Subscription Requirement

Participation in the program is strictly conditional upon maintaining an active and valid subscription.

Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, you immediately lose the right to generate new referrals or participate in the program. However, any valid rewards earned and cleared during the active subscription period will be processed in the upcoming monthly payout cycle, provided the user complies with the 30-day grace period terms

7.3.4 Non-Accumulative Principle

    • Rewards do not accumulate automatically.

    • If you fail to report an error in calculation or payout within fourteen (14) calendar days, or if you are found ineligible during any period, you permanently forfeit your right to rewards for that period.

    • Forfeited rewards cannot be claimed, reinstated, or carried forward.

    • No rewards may be claimed for any subsequent purchases made by the referred user after their first subscription.

7.4 Withdrawal & Payout Terms

7.4.1 Minimum Threshold

A minimum balance of USD 40 in earned rewards is required to qualify for payout.

7.4.2 Automatic Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed automatically once per month, typically between the 20th and the last day of the calendar month, without requiring a withdrawal request from the user.

7.4.3 Payment Method & Wallet Responsibility

    • Payouts are made exclusively in USDT via the TON network.

    • The user bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of their wallet address.

    • The wallet address must be added or updated prior to the 15th day of the payout month.

    • Any modification submitted after this date shall automatically apply to the next payout cycle.

Thera shall bear no liability for payouts sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

7.4.4 Network Fees

    • Network (gas) fees are currently covered by the Platform.

    • If multiple withdrawal methods are introduced, Thera reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the fee coverage mechanism in line with operational policy.

7.4.5 Internal Review

All payouts remain subject to internal compliance review and anti-fraud procedures.
Thera reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts pending verification.

7.5 Reward Withholding & Reversal

Thera reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, or recover any reward in cases including, but not limited to:

    • Violation of these Terms or platform policies

    • Any conduct that harms the reputation, security, or operation of the Platform

    • Any activity that violates the spirit or intent of the program

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

7.6 Legal Nature of Rewards

Rewards are granted solely in exchange for referrals and community growth contributions and shall not be construed as:

    • An investment

    • Guaranteed income

    • Salary

    • Business profit

    • A financial obligation on Thera

You shall have no right to claim any future earnings from the same referred user.

7.7 Issue Reporting & Dispute Resolution

All reporting, investigation, verification, and resolution of any alleged technical or administrative error related to affiliate rewards shall be governed exclusively by Section 6 (Procedure for Reporting Points-Related Technical Issues) of these Terms.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you expressly agree that:

    • Section 6 constitutes the sole and exclusive mechanism for submitting such claims.

    • All timeframes, evidentiary requirements, investigation procedures, and determinations set forth therein apply in full.

    • Any determination issued by Thera pursuant to Section 6 shall be final and binding, with no right to appeal or further review.

7.8 Final Rights of Thera

Thera reserves full and unrestricted rights, at its sole discretion, to:

    • Modify reward rates, calculation methods, or payout conditions

    • Suspend or terminate the program (temporarily or permanently)

    • Reject suspicious referrals

    • Impose additional eligibility restrictions

This program is governed by the General Terms of Service.
In case of conflict, interpretation shall favor the protection of Thera.

7.5 Reward Withholding & Reversal

Thera reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, cancel, or recover any reward in cases including, but not limited to:

    • Violation of these Terms or platform policies

    • Any conduct that harms the reputation, security, or operation of the Platform

    • Any activity that violates the spirit or intent of the program

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

7.6 Legal Nature of Rewards

Rewards are granted solely in exchange for referrals and community growth contributions and shall not be construed as:

    • An investment

    • Guaranteed income

    • Salary

    • Business profit

    • A financial obligation on Thera

You shall have no right to claim any future earnings from the same referred user.

7.7 Issue Reporting & Dispute Resolution

All reporting, investigation, verification, and resolution of any alleged technical or administrative error related to affiliate rewards shall be governed exclusively by Section 6 (Procedure for Reporting Points-Related Technical Issues) of these Terms.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you expressly agree that:

    • Section 6 constitutes the sole and exclusive mechanism for submitting such claims.

    • All timeframes, evidentiary requirements, investigation procedures, and determinations set forth therein apply in full.

    • Any determination issued by Thera pursuant to Section 6 shall be final and binding, with no right to appeal or further review.

7.8 Final Rights of Thera

Thera reserves full and unrestricted rights, at its sole discretion, to:

    • Modify reward rates, calculation methods, or payout conditions

    • Suspend or terminate the program (temporarily or permanently)

    • Reject suspicious referrals

    • Impose additional eligibility restrictions

This program is governed by the General Terms of Service.
In case of conflict, interpretation shall favor the protection of Thera.

8.1 Feature Overview

Community Access enables users to interact with other members and creators, share ideas, participate in discussions, and benefit from available community support features.

8.2 Thera’s Commitment

Thera commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to provide and continuously develop a safe digital community environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among its members.

8.3 Community Nature & User Responsibility

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    • The Thera Community is a digital space intended to promote communication and collaboration among individuals interested in creative and professional development.

    • You remain solely and fully responsible for any content you post, publish, share, or transmit within the Community.

    • You must adhere to community standards and ethical communication practices and shall not engage in any conduct that is:

        • Harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, sectarian, or inciting violence

        • Fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally false

        • Infringing upon intellectual property rights

        • Illegal or encouraging unlawful activity

8.4 Community Management & Data Usage

        • Safety enforcement

        • Fraud prevention

THE COMMUNITY FEATURE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

THERA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, OR QUALITY OF THE COMMUNITY OR ANY INTERACTIONS OCCURRING THEREIN.

You expressly agree that:

    • Thera assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, reliability, or validity of any user-generated content.

    • Any interaction, communication, transaction, or relationship between users occurs entirely at your own risk.

    • Thera shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Community feature or from any community interaction.

8.6 Modification or Discontinuation

In the event of any conflict between these Community terms and the General Terms of Service, the General Terms shall prevail, except where these Community terms contain more specific provisions regarding community conduct and management, in which case such specific provisions shall govern.

Your continued use of the Community feature constitutes full and binding acceptance of all applicable terms and policies.

The “Thera Plus” program is an optional loyalty program designed to reward active subscribers who maintain continuous subscriptions and active participation, in accordance with the criteria published in the “Plans Features” section and the User Guide on the platform.

By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge that you have reviewed all program details and agree to be bound by these terms without limitation.

The provision of any reward is a discretionary benefit offered by Thera and not an automatic entitlement.

9.3 Basic Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for any reward, your account must meet all of the following during each 6-month eligibility period:

A. Continuous Active Subscription

    • Your subscription must remain active and uninterrupted.

    • An “active account” means:

      1. Logs in at least once per week.

      2. Participates in eligible activities as defined officially.

      3. Does not enter an inactive state as defined in Plans Features.

B. Points Target

    • You must accumulate the minimum required Thera points.

This commitment does not constitute any contractual obligation to launch, maintain, or expand the feature or any specific content.

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to the following:

10.3.1 Complementary, Not Essential
Games are a supplementary entertainment feature and are not part of Thera’s core or essential services.
Their availability, performance, or discontinuation shall not affect the user’s rights to primary platform services.

10.3.2 Full Independence
The gaming system is entirely independent, functionally and conceptually, from all other platform systems, including but not limited to:

    • Thera Points or any activity tracking system

    • Affiliate Program or any incentive or reward programs

Games do not grant any rewards, points, or items of transferable, redeemable, or accumulative value outside the game environment itself.

10.3.3 Isolation of Results

The Thera Creative ID is designed to provide a distinctive visual representation of your presence and journey within the Thera community through digital elements that reflect your creative activity and achievements.

The user expressly acknowledges that this feature is symbolic in nature and intended solely for identity representation and recognition within the platform.

11.2 Thera’s Commitment

Upon developing this feature, Thera commits to making reasonable efforts to design a digital identity of meaningful symbolic value for the creative community, while ensuring that it remains:

    • Purely for identification purposes and honorary

    • Free from any commercial, financial, or monetary value

This commitment does not create any financial obligation or commercial entitlement.

11.3 Nature of the Feature and Fundamental Limitations

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to the following:

11.3.1 Non-Financial Identity
The Creative ID is a symbolic visual representation available exclusively within the Thera platform.
It does not constitute:

    • A digital asset

    • A currency

    • A financial instrument

    • Any item with monetary or market value

It is entirely separate from and unrelated to the Thera Points system, the Affiliate Program, or any other reward mechanism on the Platform.

11.3.2 Non-Transferability
The sale, purchase, transfer, inheritance, exchange, or any form of trading of the Creative ID or any of its elements—whether inside or outside the platform—is strictly prohibited.

11.3.3 Ownership and Usage Rights
Thera grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display your Creative ID exclusively within the Thera platform and in accordance with platform rules.
This license does not grant any intellectual property ownership rights outside this scope.

    • Stability of eligibility criteria for the advanced Creative ID

11.6 Responsibilities and Restrictions

– Limited Use
The Creative ID must be used exclusively within the Thera platform and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any use outside this scope constitutes a material violation.

– Commercial Exploitation Prohibited
The Creative ID may not be used in any manner that could mislead, deceive, cause confusion, harm the Thera brand, or for:

    • The user’s subscription plan

This commitment does not constitute any guarantee of response time or issue resolution.

12.3 Support Levels and Access Rights

By subscribing, the user expressly agrees to the following:

Provides access to core official support channels, including:

    • Official ticket system “Support Portal “

Requests are processed based on:

    • Order of submission

    • General support team availability

12.3.2 INFINITY Plan – Priority Support
Provides higher processing priority compared to SPARK users through the same official channels.

Discretionary Authority

Thera Portfolio is a digital showcase space within the Platform dedicated to highlighting creative works, with the purpose of building a shared visual identity, fostering inspiration, and encouraging knowledge exchange among creators.

13.2 Thera’s Commitment

Upon developing this feature, Thera commits to operating the Portfolio as a non-commercial showcase platform that respects creators’ intellectual property rights and strives to highlight selected community works based on objective and transparent criteria.

13.3 User Acknowledgment

By using or submitting content to the Portfolio, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

13.3.1 Nature and Non-Commercial Purpose

(a) Exclusive Showcase: The Thera Portfolio operates exclusively as a digital showcase and not as a marketplace. No commercial activity is permitted on this feature, including but not limited to selling, purchasing, auctions, negotiations, or commissions.

(b) No Commercial Licensing: Displaying a Work in the Portfolio does not constitute a commercial license, assignment, or transfer of intellectual property rights to Thera or to any third party, except for the limited right of display strictly within the Portfolio environment.

13.3.2 Displayed Content and Selection Process

(a) Portfolio Categories: The Portfolio may include: Official Thera designs and internal works, and Selected works submitted by members of the Thera community.

(b) Selection Discretion: Thera retains full and sole discretion to select which Works are displayed, based on artistic standards, aesthetic criteria, and community guidelines determined by Thera. There is no guaranteed right for any submitted Work to be featured.

(c) Designer Attribution: When a Work is displayed, Thera will identify the Designer and may provide a link to the Designer’s profile within the Platform.

13.3.3 Intellectual Property & Consent

(a) Ownership Retained: All intellectual property rights in any displayed Work remain the exclusive property of the original Designer or rightful owner. No ownership rights are transferred to Thera or any third party.

(b) Explicit Consent: No Work submitted by a user will be displayed without the user’s explicit and specific consent in accordance with these terms.

(c) Right of Removal: Designers may withdraw consent and request removal of their Work at any time. Thera will process such requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Thera also reserves the right to remove any Work without prior notice if it violates these Terms or Platform policies.

13.3.4 Thera’s Rights and Limitations

(a) Scope of Use: Thera’s rights are strictly limited to non-commercial display of Works within the Portfolio for community inspiration and recognition purposes only.

(b) Commercial Exploitation Prohibited: Thera shall not commercially exploit any Work, modify or create derivative works, or license any Work to third parties without separate, explicit written permission from the rightful owner.

13.3.5 Important Disclaimers

(a) No Contractual Relationship: Displaying a Work does not create a contractual partnership or employment relationship between Thera and the Designer beyond what is expressly stated here.

(b) No Financial Entitlements: Designers are not entitled to any payment, commission, profit, or revenue for having their Work displayed. This feature is entirely free and non-commercial.

(c) No Display Guarantee: Thera does not guarantee continued display of any Work, selection of submitted Works, or Portfolio permanence. Thera bears no responsibility for any perceived damage caused by removal or non-selection.

(d) Content Responsibility: Designers remain fully responsible for ensuring that submitted Works are legally owned and do not infringe any third-party rights.

13.3.6 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE PORTFOLIO FEATURE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” THERA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING SELECTION, DISPLAY CONTINUITY, OR FEATURE AVAILABILITY.

(b) Right to Modify or Discontinue: Thera reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to modify Portfolio structure, change participation criteria, or suspend or permanently discontinue the feature without any liability to Designers.

13.3.8 Final Acknowledgment
Thera Portfolio is a non-commercial recognition space intended to celebrate creativity and community contribution. Its value lies solely in exposure, inspiration, and symbolic recognition — not in monetary or commercial benefit. By submitting or displaying your Work, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this purpose.

14.1 Subscription Activation

Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated. Thera aims to complete activation promptly; however, no guarantee is made regarding any specific activation timeframe.
Payment constitutes your full and binding acceptance of all Terms of Service and platform policies.

14.2 No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically under any circumstances.
You bear sole responsibility for requesting renewal through one of the following official channels only:

    • Opening an official support ticket within the platform

    • Direct communication with Thera support via Telegram (strictly limited to subscription renewal processing for all plans).

If no renewal request is submitted before the subscription expires:

    • The subscription shall terminate automatically

    • Access to your account will be suspended in accordance with the policies below

14.3 No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
You hereby waive any and all rights to request a refund for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

    • Non-use of the service

    • Early cancellation

    • Change of mind

14.4 Cancellation, Account Deletion & Service Termination

All cancellation requests, account deletion requests, or service termination requests must be submitted exclusively through the official ticket system.

Requests submitted via:

    • Email

    • Social media

    • Private messages

    • Any channel outside the official ticket system

shall be deemed invalid.

14.5 Effect of Cancellation

Upon approval of a cancellation request via the ticket system, you irrevocably forfeit immediately:

    • The right to participate in the Affiliate Program

    • The right to claim any current or future rewards, earnings, or commissions

You retain the right to use your Creative Profile only until the end of your paid subscription period.

14.6 After Subscription Expiration

After your subscription expires, all paid features will be disabled immediately. Account login access will be restricted but maintained under a 30-day grace period strictly to allow the processing of final automatic affiliate payouts and checking billing history. After this 30-day period, login access will be fully disabled, and any remaining unpaid or uncleared rewards shall be permanently forfeited.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    • Your Creative Profile will remain publicly visible
    • You will not be able to modify it
    • This visibility will continue until final account deletion

14.7 Data Retention & Account Deletion

Thera retains inactive accounts for twelve (12) months following subscription expiration.

During this period:

    • Login access remains disabled

    • The Creative Profile remains publicly visible

After the 12-month period:

    • Thera may permanently delete the account

    • No obligation exists to restore data or content

14.8 DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SUPPORT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
THERA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THIS REGARD.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THERA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

    • Loss of account access after expiration

    • Permanent deletion of accounts

    • Any consequences resulting from cancellation or non-renewal

You bear full responsibility for backing up your data before subscription expiration.

14.9 Official Support Channels

Thera recognizes the following official channels exclusively:

    • Ticket system (for cancellations, deletions, service termination)

    • Telegram support (for subscription renewals only for all plans).

Any communication outside these channels shall be deemed invalid.

14.10 Modification of Terms

Thera reserves the right to modify or update these subscription management terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  • Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

  • By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service and is legally binding.

  • You confirm that you have readunderstood, and fully accepted the Privacy Policy without any reservation.
