Points Policy
- Points within the Thera platform are a non-monetary, internal mechanism used solely to enable access to specific features, levels, or digital experiences, and also serve as a measure of a member’s activity and engagement within the platform.
- Points are earned or granted based on platform-defined rules and are intended exclusively for use within the Thera ecosystem.
- Points do not represent any monetary or financial value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into money or equivalents.
- Points cannot be used to purchase, renew, discount, or substitute any paid subscription, service, or product.
- Thera reserves the right to define, modify, limit, or discontinue the points system, including earning methods and usage rules, at any time.

- Creative Profile These are all the features of your Creative Profile — your digital identity where you can express yourself, showcase your skills, and connect with people from around the world.
- It is designed to serve as a central space to showcase your work and connect with other users on the platform, and it can also be used as a digital CV or professional profile.
Your profile will include the following sections, and you can click any of them to view it directly on our platform.
This feature applies a multiplier to the number of points earned from eligible activities across the platform (such as account login, commenting, likes, community interactions, and participating in upcoming challenges and activities that will be announced periodically on the official Telegram channel). The multiplier determines how points are calculated based on the selected subscription plan.
- Use of Points:
- Points are used as a complementary mechanism to access specific additional features or levels within the scope of your active subscription plan (such as badges, platform engagement levels, achievements, and participation in interactive activities). Points may also be required in the future to enable new platform functionalities. Thera reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature or access requirement at any time, providing reasonable notice to users, unless exceptional circumstances dictate otherwise in accordance with the Terms of Service and platform policies.
- Nature of Points:
- Thera confirms that points do not represent any monetary or financial value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into money or equivalents.

- Free Points are a predefined monthly allocation of non-monetary points that are granted automatically as part of an active subscription. These points do not require any specific user activity to be granted; once your subscription is activated, the feature will automatically be enabled for your account, and they are intended solely for internal use within the Thera platform.
- Free Points follow the same usage rules and limitations applied to all Thera points and do not represent any monetary or financial value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, or used to purchase, renew, or discount any paid subscription, service, or product.

Program Description
Access the Thera affiliate system through a user-friendly dashboard. You will receive a personal referral link to invite new users to subscribe to the platform. You earn referral rewards according to your plan’s reward rate only when your referral results in a valid, paid, and active subscription, with a fixed rate of 20% applied across both plans.
Program Principle
This program is strictly limited to direct referrals made from your account. No rewards are accrued on indirect referrals or on any user purchases made after their initial subscription. This ensures the program is a direct partnership tool and not a hierarchical structure.
Reward Rate
You can earn 20% referral reward from the value of each successful subscription generated through your referral link, with the same rate applied across both subscription plans.
These rewards are provided as compensation for contributing to the growth of Thera’s community. They do not in any way represent an investment return, guaranteed income, or a financial obligation by Thera.
The entire referral program is governed by Thera’s official Terms of Service and its separate Affiliate Program Agreement, under which Thera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or its reward terms at any time.

Thera Plus provides exclusive loyalty rewards for subscribers who maintain an active subscription and actively participate on the platform. These rewards are designed to enhance your experience and recognize your continued engagement.
Reward Details & Eligibility Mechanism
- Badges: Special badges awarded based on your activity and participation, showcasing your contributions and status within the Thera community.
- Subscription Discount: Loyalty rewards on subscription renewal according to the following conditions:
- First Renewal:Maintain an active subscription for 6 consecutive months and accumulate a minimum of 700,000 Thera Points from eligible activities during this period to receive a 20% discount on this renewal.
- Second Renewal:Continue your subscription for an additional 6 months after the first renewal and accumulate a minimum additional 1,000,000 Thera Points during this period to receive a 40% discount on this renewal.
- Each discount (20% or 40%) is granted only for the first eligible renewal within its category.Thera reserves the right at its sole discretion to offer similar or different loyalty promotions during subsequent renewal periods.
Rewards are granted based on two core pillars: subscription continuity and measured activity via Thera Points.
Definition of an Active Account:
To qualify, your account must remain “active,” which includes:
- Logging in at least once per week.
- Actively participating in eligible platform activities, such as:
- Commenting on posts and engaging in community discussions.
- Participating in official activities, events, challenges, and promotional campaigns announced by Thera.
- Completing other eligible activities that may be introduced and officially announced in the future.
- An inactive status may be evidenced by:
- A prolonged lack of participation in community interactions through eligible activities.
- A prolonged absence of comments or engagement with other members.
- Failure to participate in official activities, events, or other qualifying activities over an extended period.

Role of Thera Points
- Thera Points serve as the standard quantitative measure of your activity within the platform, as well as the extent of your engagement and contribution to building a creative community.
- Points are a measure of user activity and hold no material or monetary value. Accumulating the required number of points is a complementary requirement that verifies your participation alongside your continued use of the services available on the platform.
Thera also reserves the right to determine the activities eligible for earning points.
Counting & Validity
- Points are counted only within the specified eligibility period (6 months) for each reward.
- All rewards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and tied exclusively to the eligible account that earned them.
These rewards are purely internal loyalty incentives and do not constitute cash income, an investment, or any financial obligation on the part of Thera. Thera reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward, or to change the eligibility criteria, with reasonable prior notice to subscribers. In cases where immediate modification or discontinuation is required for security, legal, or operational integrity reasons, notice will be provided as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
Thera plans to develop a collection of interactive mini-games within the platform (Future Feature), serving as an entertainment space that complements your creative experience. These games will be part of Thera’s closed environment and are designed to enhance community interaction and constructive entertainment without affecting the platform’s core services.

Nature of the Feature:
Games are an independent and complementary entertainment space and are not considered part of the platform’s core or essential services.
No Association:
Game systems are not connected, directly or indirectly, with:
- The points system (Thera Points) or any measurement or evaluation system within the platform
- The Affiliate Program or any incentive or reward program
- Any financial or non-financial reward, incentive, or benefit mechanism that holds transferable, redeemable, or accumulative value
Independence:
Each game has its own internal system. Game results are not used for any competitive or evaluative purpose outside the game environment itself and do not affect the user’s status or progress on the main platform.
Availability:
Games will not be available at the initial launch. All details and features are under development and may be subject to substantial change.
Right to Modify:
Thera reserves the full right to redesign, delay, or cancel the development of any game or interactive feature, without any prior contractual or time-based obligation and without any direct or indirect liability toward users.
Community Value:
Thera games aim to provide light and safe spaces for communication and entertainment among creators, without shifting focus away from the platform’s core creative goals. Success in games remains purely within the entertainment context and does not reflect or affect your creative value within the Thera community.
