The Monthly Boost:
Your account will be automatically credited with 40,000 points (SPARK Plan) or 70,000 points (INFINITY Plan).
Automatic Credit:
These points are granted without requiring any specific activity or daily tasks. Thera credits this allocation during the first calendar week of every month.
Integration & Accumulation:
- Once credited, your free points are added to your total THR Points balance.
- They remain available and accumulate within your balance as long as your subscription is active, and may be considered alongside other points for platform features and eligibility requirements.
- You can visit the “Monthly Free Points” page to track your monthly allocations.
Eligibility:
To receive these points, you must maintain an active subscription at the time of the monthly credit.
Reporting Issues:
If you notice that your monthly allocation has not been credited, you must report it via the Support Portal within 14 calendar days of the expected credit date.
