Your support level depends on your subscription:

  • SPARK (Standard Support):
    Access to all official channels. Requests are handled based on queue order and availability
  • INFINITY (Priority Support):
    Faster ticket handling + direct Telegram support for complex cases

⚠️ Support Guidelines

  • Time-Sensitive Issues:
    Any issue related to Points or Affiliate rewards must be reported within 14 days via the Ticket System
  • Cancellations:
    Account deletion or subscription cancellation requests must be submitted via the Ticket System only.
  • Scope of Support:
    Support covers platform usage and technical issues only
    (No consulting, training, or third-party assistance)
  • Response Time:
    No guaranteed response time (SLA). Depends on ticket volume and issue complexity
