THERA provides official support channels to assist you with platform usage and technical issues.
1️⃣ Official Support Channels
You can contact support through the following methods:
- Support Portal (Ticket System): Main channel for submitting and tracking requests
- Forms: Use Contact Us or Report a Problem for inquiries and bug reports
- Telegram Support Available for subscription renewals (all plans) and complex technical cases (INFINITY subscribers only).
2️⃣ Support Levels by Plan
Your support level depends on your subscription:
- SPARK (Standard Support):
Access to all official channels. Requests are handled based on queue order and availability - INFINITY (Priority Support):
Faster ticket handling + direct Telegram support for complex cases
⚠️ Support Guidelines
- Time-Sensitive Issues:
Any issue related to Points or Affiliate rewards must be reported within 14 days via the Ticket System - Cancellations:
Account deletion or subscription cancellation requests must be submitted via the Ticket System only. - Scope of Support:
Support covers platform usage and technical issues only
(No consulting, training, or third-party assistance) - Response Time:
No guaranteed response time (SLA). Depends on ticket volume and issue complexity
